Are you a marketing agency?
No. We are a software company, and it is the most useful distinction you can draw before hiring anyone. A marketing agency sells channels and builds websites by buying a template and dropping your logo into it. We write software: production systems for Fortune 500 clients, and a line of SaaS products we build, sell, and run our own business on. We own no template library. Every site and application is written for one business, and then instrumented with our own tools (Pulse for search and analytics, BugHive for errors), so the results are measured rather than claimed.
Who actually writes the code?
