Overview

The whole company, in under two minutes.

Custom software, websites, artificial intelligence and local search, plus the products we build, sell, and run our own business on. One film, no pitch.

  • Software engineeringCustom applications and multi-tenant SaaS, written by the engineer who answers when you call.
  • Web developmentBusiness websites that load fast, rank, and do not fall over.
  • Artificial intelligenceAI-native, not AI-added. Built into the product rather than bolted on.
  • Search visibilityLocal SEO and Answer Engine Optimization, reported in plain English.

The same senior hands build all of it.

What we build

A full software company,
not a one-trick shop.

Custom software and AI, native mobile apps, multi-tenant SaaS, and managed hosting with tooling most agencies can't offer. Same principal engineer on every line, whether the work is yours or ours.

02

Mobile Apps

Native iOS and Android, or Kotlin Multiplatform for shared logic: one codebase, two app stores. The Mirror ships as a web app and a live iOS app from the same build.

03

SaaS Platforms

Multi-tenant from day one: auth, billing, admin tooling. The plumbing that turns a tool into a business you can run. We build them for clients and operate our own.

04

Hosting + Tools

Managed hosting that comes with engineering, not just a server: a client portal, Pulse analytics, a help desk, e-signature, and 24/7 monitoring, all built in-house and run by us.

More on the platform

We run our own

How this works

Four steps.
No surprises.

Apply

Tell us what’s broken.

One form. Real budget, real problem, real timeline. We answer every application within five business days.

Conversation

Thirty minutes with the engineer.

Not a discovery call, not a sales pitch. You talk directly to the person who would write the code.

Scope

One page. Fixed price.

The outcome, the timeline, the price. You sign it or you don’t. If the work changes, we rescope together.

Ship

Code in production.

Working software on the promised date, owned by you completely. No proprietary frameworks, no lock-in.

The Sprint

$25K flat2 weeksOne outcome

One problem. One engineer. One ship date. A working prototype, a migration unblock, or a technical audit with an action plan you can execute on Monday.

Most businesses don't need a six-month build. They need one thing shipped, shipped right, this month.

Start a Sprint

Beyond the Sprint: build engagements typically $40K–$250K, fractional retainers quoted individually. Full pricing on Services.

Questions

FAQs from CTOs & product leaders.

Who actually writes the code?

Kevin Champlin — the principal engineer you talk to on the first call. No junior bench, no offshore team, no account manager relaying messages. The person who scopes the work ships the work.

How fast can you start?

We review every application within five business days and tell you honestly whether it's a fit. The Sprint runs in two-week blocks with code in production on the promised date — not a slideware roadmap.

What does it cost?

The productized Sprint is a flat $25,000 — half on start, half on delivery, refunded if week one doesn't put a working prototype in your hands. Custom engineering engagements start at $10K and scale with the outcome.

Do we own the code?

Completely. No proprietary frameworks, no vendor lock-in, no hostage situations. You get the source in your repo and we stay on as long as you want us — no longer.

Is the AI real, or a wrapper?

AI-native, not AI-added. We architect systems with intelligence at the core where it earns its place — and we'll tell you plainly when a problem doesn't need it. No demos that won't survive contact with production.

The door is open

Let's build something.

A real problem. A real budget. A bias toward shipping. If that's you, the door is open. If it isn't, we'll tell you honestly, on the same email.
